  • Engage with prospective clients globally over the phone and email, so your communication and presentation skills mean the world to us. On occasions where the rapport with the client leads to meeting them in person, you should be ready to make the most out of the opportunity. Basic knowledge of business cultures will help, this is where we want wit and sales expertise to dominate the scene, we will train you in all you need to perform and grow in the organization.
  • Extensive travel will be required, domestically within India and outside within APAC, Europe and the USA on a need basis.
  • Ability to tailor the solutions to every clients context with support from the respective teams, be ready to lead or be led going by whats best for a transaction, challenge the status-quo with compelling alternatives and be committed to go the distance to win.
  • Customer Satisfaction is the most important factor in this role, and we see a customer relationship expert in you as much as we see a sales professional. You have to build long term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Ability to negotiate will be key to up-sell and cross-sell, while we can give you all the differentiators we have technologically and commercially we want you to leverage your ability to negotiate and create a win-win outcome.
  • We are running against time for a variety of reasons, we can explain them all to you, we need you to be time sensitive, punctual and drive things ahead of time whenever possible.
  • An under-grad or a Masters degree holder in subjects related to technology, sales, marketing, business management and/or economics.
  • Base location is Hyderabad (preferably) with travel within and outside of India.
  • We are looking at someone with 6-7 years of relevant experience and we will pay on par with the market conditions today, in addition to which we will have incentives.
