JOB PURPOSE

The position would be responsible for leading the development and solutions on T24 Core Banking platform.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIE

Will play the key role of T24 techno-functional expert, devising and delivering solutions on T24 arrangement architecture

Manage the workloads for T24 change requests and T24 L3 support in production.

Guide the T24 development teams onsite and offshore during the various phases of development.

Handle local customizations and configurations in T24 platform.

Prepare/review impact analysis, estimate efforts & recommend solutions in T24.

Prepare/review technical specifications for proposed solutions.

Conduct quality assurance on the development & customization, prior to releasing for testing by users

Deliver software releases for deployment in test environments.

Support SIT & UAT testing phases.

Support level 2 production support team on issues requiring in-depth analysis.

Provide Level 3 production support and code fixes for issues related to in-house customised functionalities.

Deliver releases for deployment on production for changes & software fixes, successfully tested and verified by users.

Maintain in-house customized T24 source code in version control system.

Maintain status of changes and fixes with relevant documentations in issue tracking system.

Review T24 version upgrades to identify impact on customized functionalities for re-work and development.

Adhere to information security policies, procedures and standards.

JOB CONTEXT

Would be part of T24 development team within the IT department.

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Would have working relationship with Business Users, Business analysts, IT unit managers, change management, PMO and external vendors including Temenos PACS team.

DIMENSIONS OF THE JOB

Handling multiple T24 development requirements at a time.

Implementation of Business initiated change requests in T24.

Recommend T24 solutions for implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Both academic & Professional essentially required)

Bachelors degree or equivalent.

T24 module certifications from TEMENOS preferred.

EXPERIENCE

(Number of years, type & at what level etc)

Minimum 12 years of in-depth local customisation & techno functional support experience in various modules of T24 platform.

Experience on major banking deployment of T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA) is required.

Exposure to latest T24 versions R20/R21 would be a plus.

Experience in leading a T24 development team required.

SKILLS

Strong functional skills on T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA).

T24/JBASE, TAFJ local customisation skills required.

Expertise on OFS, IF & TWS development required.

Expertise on various T24 functional modules including Customer, Accounts, Teller, Fund Transfer, Lending, Deposits, Limits, CRM, Trade Finance & Islamic Banking required.

Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
