Key Responsibilities:

Application Management of the compliance Technologies and Platforms Understanding processes relating to Sanctions & Payments screening, Fircosoft continuity.

Fircosoft UAT environment management and housekeeping activities.

Day to Day Compliance user support (User management, workflow management).

FircoSoft advanced modules and utilities: Decision Reapplication, Workflow Accelerator, Screen & Keep, Testing Platforms STS

Firco soft services Integration support. Business requirement delivery and support.

SIT, UAT support.

Release management, Change deployments. Post production bug fix.

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science.

Minimum 4-6 years of Fircosoft products,

1. Understanding of KYC, screening technologies software, algorithms, business rules, exceptions and tuning capabilities.

2. Understanding of key concepts essential to FircoSoft (FircoContinuity, FircoTrust and Firco Screen & Keep), Firco List Management, Quality Assurance, Controls, and Audit Trail.

3. Knowledge of FircoSoft advanced modules and utilities: Decision Reapplication, Workflow Accelerator, Screen & Keep, Testing Platforms such as AML Analytics or STS

5. Knowledge of SWIFT payments and other standard payment formats

6. Knowledge of OFAC, UKHMT, EU and UNS sanctions

7. Experience working with structured data formats (e.g. ISO 20022, RDF, XML).

8. Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on delivery.

9. Should have good experience in payment screening and customer screening solutions like Firco Soft (Continuity and Trust modules).

10. Good functional knowledge of remittance systems.
