Job Purpose:

Provide expert-level support by executing advanced troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, to implement impactful solutions, optimizing application support, and ensuring system stability with minimal downtime for end-users.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS (Amazon Web Services) are preferred.
• Certifications in Sitecore next js, Microsoft CRM D365 and Software AG preferred
• In-depth knowledge of databases, application architecture, troubleshooting methodologies, and performance optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.
• Overall Experience:
• 6 - 8 years experience in the Securities / Stock Exchange or another financial institution
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient with Agile methodology, continuous integration and continuous development pipelines
• Previous experience with configuring and running CI/CD pipeline management and release management preferred
• Collaborate with executive management and department leaders to assess near- and long-term Enterprise Integration Platform needs.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to Enterprise Integration Platform configuration, deployment, custom resources etc
• Deploying Software AG releases cross all environments. (On-Cloud)
• Monitoring the performance of APIs.
• Developing Software AG resources like but not limited to Web services, restful APIs, SOAP APIs, software Ag adapters, custom adapters, APIs protocol transformations, Messaging queue (AMQ,JMS and Kafka).
• Working on file based protocol (SFTP,FTP).
• Working experience in Web Methods (SoftwareAG) Developer/Integration with JDBC adapter and MX (message XML) and MT (message type) experience.
• Working experience in Web Services (REST, SOAP, GraphQL (preferred).
• Working experience in Swift ISO 20022/15022, Swift Translator tool(preferred).
• Working experience on API Gateway Management for SOAP, REST services and WebSocket (preferred).
• Working experience in BPM and Nasdaq is preferred or any other financial platform with integrations
• Working experience in cloud (Azure preferred) mainly in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• Working experience in database querries (preferred mssql, sql)
• Working experience in Programming language Core JAVA is must.
• Working experience in XML, HTML, JavaScript (preferred)
• Working experience with stored procedures a plus
• Proficient with understanding and supporting Document management systems preferably OpenText DMS
• Proficient with Front End and Back End website support -Sitecore Next JS technologies a plus as well as java based applications
• Good understanding of mobile app support and proficient with react native for android and iPhone preferred
• Previous experience with any software integrations applications support
• Proficient with scripting and automation tools
• Expertise in development (micro service implementation) and administration (Helm chart, server configuration, etc.) activities in JD
