- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar tele-sales or services professional preferably in a technology solutions or services company. Knowledge of any domain like retail, manufacturing and/or consumer goods will be an advantage.
- The role literally rallies on communication (oral and written) skills along with making custom presentation and other marketing material for prospects/clients based on the conversations had, we anticipate you to be amazing at these aspects.
- Customer Satisfaction is the most important factor in this role, and we see a customer relationship expert in you as much as we see a tele-sales professional. You have to build long term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ability to negotiate will be key to up-sell and cross-sell, while we can give you all the differentiators we have technologically and commercially we want you to leverage your ability to negotiate and create a win-win outcome.
- We are running against time for a variety of reasons, we can explain them all to you, we need you to be time sensitive, punctual and drive things ahead of time whenever possible.
- An under-grad degree holder in subjects related to commerce, sales, marketing, business and/or technology.
- Base location is Bangalore (Preferably)
- We are looking at someone with 2-3 years of relevant experience and we will pay on par with the market conditions today, in addition to which we will have incentives.
