Digital Project Manager
Job Description:
Objectives:
The primary objectives of hiring a Digital Project Manager include:
· Leading digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
· Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring progress against key milestones.
· Managing project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and third-party contractors.
· Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
· Communicating project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
Responsibilities:
The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for:
· Leading project kickoff meetings and defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
· Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
· Assigning tasks and responsibilities to project team members and tracking progress against project milestones.
· Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
· Managing project documentation, including project charters, stakeholder communications, and project deliverables.
· Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.
· Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
· Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
Deliverables:
Key deliverables expected from the Digital Project Manager include:
· Project charters, project plans, and project schedules.
· Status reports, including project progress, risks, and issues.
· Stakeholder communications and meeting minutes.
· Project documentation, such as requirements documents, design documents, and test plans.
· Completed project deliverables and sign-off from stakeholders.
Duration and Timeline:

Information Security Requirements:
1.1. Information Security Governance
· The Digital Project Manager shall sign a non-disclosure agreement that covers the engagements during and beyond the term of their employment

· The Digital Project Manager shall ensure to support information security continuity and cyber-resilience in case of a disaster / crisis
· The Digital Project Manager shall support during Information Security continuity and Cyber-Resilience testing exercise.
1.4. Service Level Agreement
· The Digital Project Manager shall provide appropriate reports on the achieved service level targets on regular time intervals or as agreed
