Job Description:
Job Objective
To develop and implement training and development programs and activities leading to the advancement and development of talent at to promote organizational learning and capability building across all levels
General Responsibilities
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Lead the effective implementation of Human Capital Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
Continuous Improvement
Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Management, or any other related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources field with focus on Talent Development and Succession Planning
