Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handle customer's interactions and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly .

Provide high class service and support bank different products.

Adhere to call center scheduling and maintain high level of adherence.

Maintain a high knowledge about the banks product  and services.

Job Specification:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in call center 

Candidates are required to work 6 days a week
