Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Managed Services Sales and Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our managed services offerings while also managing the operations and delivery of these services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of managed services in the technology industry.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
•  Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 8- 10Yeras of experience in selling managed services or similar technology solutions.
•  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Deep understanding of managed services and the technology industry, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs to drive business decisions and performance improvements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
