Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT staff augmentation and permanent staffing within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, a proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, expanding into new territories, and managing key accounts. Experience with the US and European markets is a plus. A graduate degree is required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with the US and European markets is a plus.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - In-depth understanding of the Indian IT staffing market and industry trends.
