Lead Generation Specialist (Arabic Speaking)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate with proficiency in reading and writing Arabic, possess strong experience in social media marketing and tele-calling. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to generating and nurturing leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential leads through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and industry events. Utilize market research and data analysis to generate high-quality leads.
- Prospect Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication methods. Develop and deliver compelling pitches that address the needs and pain points of potential clients.
- Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information. Track lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to refine lead generation strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, results, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field. Experience in the IT Services and Consulting is a plus.
