Job Title: MarTech Engineer
Job Overview: As a Marketing Technologist, you will be responsible for integrating technology solutions into the marketing function, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing goals and technological capabilities. You will collaborate with both marketing and IT teams to implement and optimize marketing technology stacks, automate processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Technology Integration:
· Evaluate, select, and implement marketing technologies such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other relevant solutions.
· Integrate various marketing tools to create a cohesive and efficient marketing technology stack.
· Ensure smooth data flow and communication between different marketing systems.
- Data Management and Analytics:
· Oversee data collection, storage, and management processes to ensure accurate and reliable marketing data.
· Utilize analytics tools to derive insights from marketing data and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing campaigns and strategies.
- Automation and Workflow Optimization:
· Develop and implement automated marketing processes to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation within marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaboration with IT Teams:
· Work closely with IT professionals to ensure the integration and compatibility of marketing systems with existing infrastructure.
· Collaborate on security protocols, data privacy compliance, and other IT-related considerations.
- Training and Support:
· Provide training and support to marketing teams on using various marketing technologies.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and share knowledge with relevant stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
· Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and technology solutions.
· Implement optimizations based on data-driven insights to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing technology implementation and integration.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in marketing technology.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific marketing technologies relevant to the industry (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Zapier, ChatGPT, Google Big Query, Facebook Developer Platform, Instapage etc.).
- Certification in relevant marketing technologies.
- Programming and scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration purposes.
