Change Manager
Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
The Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing the change management process for all transformation initiatives within the organization. This includes developing and implementing change management plans, managing stakeholders, and communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management.
- Understand of Agile project management will be added advantage.
Experience
- Experience working with senior executives and other stakeholders in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Leading and managing change management initiatives for large-scale transformations, such as digital transformation, or organizational restructuring.
- Developing and implementing change management plans that are tailored to the specific needs of the organization and its employees.
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring their buy-in and support for change.
- Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to build understanding and support for change.
- Identifying and managing risks and resistance to change.
- Monitoring and evaluating the success of change initiatives.
- Providing training and support to employees on how to manage change
