Hybirs Incident Asst Manager

 Job Description:

Essential

5 ~ 7 years experience in Hybris eCommerce platform operations and

development.

At least 2/3 years experience in Website operation and development

AEM experience is necessary with sound understanding of all AEM building

blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, social components

etc., code build and deployment process.

Languages & Scripts : SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML, Java(or C, C++)

Technical Knowledge on eCommerce platforms.

Proven understanding of computer operations and troubleshooting for

eCommerce platforms

Knowledge in web security (XSS, Plain text transmission, SQL injection, etc...)

Proactive, independent, responsible attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Very strong relationship building and influencing skills

Fluent in English in order to communicate with all relevant stakeholders

Able to work under the pressure

Good team work and hands on approach and flexible outlook in the workplace

Well presented, professional and dedicated

Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the

ability to adapt and work round obstacles to get things done

Ability to understand and respond to the drivers and concerns of both business

and technical colleagues

Consistent record of managing relationships with key customers and tailoring

messages accordingly.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, with an ability to multitask in a

Knowledge in ERP, 3rd party system integration
