Summary
PSI is seeking an experienced and driven Security and Compliance Security Analyst who will be responsible for supporting PSIs mission to ensure the secure delivery of our clients content across our global testing center network. The Security and Compliance Security Analyst plays a key role in achieving our goal of delivering a world-class security environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Investigation of security incidents at testing centers in PSIs global testing network
- Manage all service requests for maintenance, repairs and updates to PSIs video surveillance systems
- Assist PSIs test center audit program which seeks to ensure all testing centers maintain the highest level of test security and compliance with PSI rules and regulations
- Provides reports regarding site auditing and security incidents on a daily basis
- Works and communicates effectively with all levels of management and maintains the confidentiality of all issues
- Provides for all paper and pencil exam requests by delivering exams securely as directed by clients
Experience/Qualifications
- With BPO experience in CSR or TSR account
- Good communication skills
- Bachelors degree or related work experience may be considered
- 1+ years experience in security operations in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience managing Digital Video Recording systems from coordination of installation through ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addresses, router configurations)
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft applications - have the ability to learn and use new platforms
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple platforms, departments, time zones, and cultures when necessary
Preferred Experience/s
- Experience using Zendesk ticket management system
- Assist in the deployment, customization and post-implementation troubleshooting of new systems
