Essential Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and English in both written and oral skills
  • 1-2 years prior customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communications skills

The Chat Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers of our eCommerce platform. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience in the eCommerce industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process orders and returns
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet or exceed customer service goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Technical Support experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
