Billing Analyst_ Cebu

Billing Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the Asst Finance Manager on the following tasks:

• Preparing, issuing, and sending billing advice and invoices
• Monitoring and reconciling billable cost and preparing the tracker
• Reviewing revenue reports to ensure the billing of all revenues
• Reconciling invoices with balance sheet reports and resolving any discrepancies
• Preparing AR ageing
• Reviewing sales sheets to ensure the billing of all sales
• Communicating with clients and other teams, resolving issues, and providing clarifications on billing
• Preparing and posting of revenue accruals
• Reconciliation of SAP vs ERM
• Cash application
• Other tasks assigned

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Experience: 2year and above

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

Skills

• At least 2 years experience in Finance or Accounting
• Strong background in SAP and ERM
• Strong background in Leadership is a PLUS
• Willing to work in Cebu IT Park ( full time onsite )
