Task Descriptions:

  • Review and audit recorded communications (transaction)
  • Provide process recommendation(s) based on the QA top drivers
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • Compile and analyze QA data for TNA, historical data, and forecasting
  • Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Competency-based training, ASSURE, and GROW-based Coaching (preferred but not required)
  • Conduct regular audits of patient demographic data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review medication refill data, ensuring correct patient details, prescriptions, and dosage information are entered.
  • Read, interpret, and verify clinical notes to ensure alignment with patient data and entries.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and relevant local laws in the handling of patient data.

Other Skills Required

  • No Behavioral or attendance issues within the last 6 months
  • No IRs within the last year
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365: Excel, PPT, MS Word, Power Automate / Apps (preferred)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry within a healthcare setting, particularly focused on patient demographics, medication refills, and clinical notes.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding practices.
