Healthcare Representative
About the job Healthcare Representative
- Will provide inbound and outbound telephony.
- Will handle full benefit verification with patient insurance.
- Will provide information back to Alkermes and document.
- Will communicate relevant information to Alkermes Patient Access Service Team (PAS)
- Will provide follow up with Specialty Pharmacy (SP) when needed to determine whether or confirm the drug has been delivered.
- Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A)
- Completed a minimum of 2 years in college
- 1 Plus years healthcare call center. Claims or Health Insurance background preferred.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
- Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude
- Ability to multitask, think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment
- Empathetic and patient focused approach
- High attention to detail, diligence and reliability
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Experience: 1 year and Up
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
Skills
- At least 1year and Up experience in BPO
- USRN/RN License preferred
- Good Communication Skills
- Can Start Asap
- Willing to work in Cebu
- Willing to work onsite
- Self-learner interested in both the how and the why
- Ability to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Demonstrates ability to coach and provide feedback to analyst
