About the job Healthcare Representative

  • Will provide inbound and outbound telephony.
  • Will handle full benefit verification with patient insurance.
  • Will provide information back to Alkermes and document.
  • Will communicate relevant information to Alkermes Patient Access Service Team (PAS)
  • Will provide follow up with Specialty Pharmacy (SP) when needed to determine whether or confirm the drug has been delivered.
  • Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A)
  • Completed a minimum of 2 years in college
  • 1 Plus years healthcare call center. Claims or Health Insurance background preferred.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
  • Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude
  • Ability to multitask, think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment
  • Empathetic and patient focused approach
  • High attention to detail, diligence and reliability

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Experience: 1 year and Up
  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

Skills

  • At least 1year and Up experience in BPO
  • USRN/RN License preferred
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Can Start Asap
  • Willing to work in Cebu
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Self-learner interested in both the how and the why
  • Ability to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrates ability to coach and provide feedback to analyst
