Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cebu. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding candidates, ensuring that the company attracts and hires the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates using various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, career fairs, employee referrals, etc.).
- Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews, both phone and in-person, to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates at every step of the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding paperwork, ensuring smooth transition into the company.
- Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to the HR team and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and job opportunities through various online platforms and community engagements.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to all company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO setting or large-scale hiring environment.
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and ATS software.
- Other: Familiarity with Cebu's local labor market and recruitment channels is a plus.
