Job Description:

  • You will assist and provide support and necessary training to our employees. You will also help them acquire new skills and learn professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of our team
  • Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements 
  • Plan and prepare training materials in lines with the latest trends.
  • Arrange in-house training programs as well as online e-learning models.
  • Modify and adjust training programs when needed as per the companies requirements.
  • Record and report training courses, schedules, and results. Share the same with the management on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with counterparts from other geographies.
  • Participate in organizational change effort by creating effective internal communications strategies.
  • Take responsibility for own continuous professional development

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in professional education or relevant field.
  • 2-3 SOLID years of work experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or a similar role in a BPO industry
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and Pulse or Elevate
  • LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard Learn, Quia.com, Kahoot.it, etc)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of effective instructional models and resources.
  • Good understanding of organizational growth.
  • Exceptional management and instructional skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive environment in the workplace
