About the job Employee Relations

  • Can handle discussion related to personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that
  • adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
  • Evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets
  • with management to determine appropriate action.
  • Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations,
  • and procedures, and need for compliance.
  • Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate
  • communication between Employees and Management
  • Demonstrates maturity, dependability, and integrity through appropriate handling of sensitive
  • and confidential information.
  • Audit and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Attend hearings and other issues concerning DOLE and NLRC.
  • Weekly, Monthly and Yearly report.
  • Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in human resources or other related course.
  • At least three years of experience in handling Employee Relations.in a BPO industry
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (Ortigas, Pasig)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Very good in written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving ability.
  • Can handle pressure
