About the job Employee Relations
- Can handle discussion related to personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that
- adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
- Evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets
- with management to determine appropriate action.
- Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations,
- and procedures, and need for compliance.
- Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate
- communication between Employees and Management
- Demonstrates maturity, dependability, and integrity through appropriate handling of sensitive
- and confidential information.
- Audit and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Attend hearings and other issues concerning DOLE and NLRC.
- Weekly, Monthly and Yearly report.
- Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in human resources or other related course.
- At least two years of experience in handling Employee Relations.in a BPO industry
- Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (Ortigas, Pasig)
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Very good in written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Can handle pressure
