- General knowledge of Windows based applications
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to multi-task and perform various duties including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets
Qualifications
- Able to converse and communicate in English Language
- 0-1 years experience in BPO/CSR
- Able to work at nightshift / 7 days event ( Part-time )
- Able to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig )

- Training Date: October 28, 29, 30
- Rest Day: October 31, November 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- Live: November 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
