RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Can handle discussion related to personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity
  • Evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action
  • Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance
  • Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between Employees and Management
  • Demonstrates maturity, dependability, and integrity through appropriate handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Audit and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Attend hearings and other issues concerning DOLE and NLRC. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly report
  • Performs other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in human resources or other related course
  • At least solid 1 year of experience in handling Employee Relations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  • Knowledgeable in Policy Making and Process Creations
  • Good in reports related to Employee Relations (PPT file, Excel, etc.)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; strong analytical skills
  • Very good in written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Can handle pressure
  • Can work in Ortigas (Hybrid setup)
  • CAN START ASAP
