  • Flexible to work multiple shifts, including weekends.
  • Can handle multiple tasks.

  • Experience with Gladly or other ticketing system like Zendesk, SAP, Shopify, MS Office preferred.
  • Coachable, Proactive, Quick learner, Collaborative
