About the job Mailroom Operator
Key responsibilities
- Maintained register for incoming and outgoing mail boxes.
- Maintain records of mail volume, with inventory of boxes received with proper tracker
- Record detailed information on the register as per set guidelines.
- Ensure delivery of scanned invoices back to customer with the proper tracker.
- Sorting of invoices basis the guidelines with batch cover / separator added
- Remove unwanted staples, post it tags etc for ease of scanning
- Prepare documents in a batch for scanning team
- Reporting to supervisors for any mis-directed documents and keeping inventory of such documents
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Job Specification
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Can type 35-45 words per minute.
Job Qualification
- Computer Literacy Skills is a MUST.
- At least Senior High School Graduate or With Experience in handling documents.
- Attentive and detail-oriented
Experience in the Healthcare domain will be an advantage
