Data Management Associate CSR_ Local

Responsibilities:

• Assist members in registering efficiently and completing all required forms for availing of healthcare services
• Assisting members regarding their benefits.
• Update the system for any status change of the patient or member
• Collecting and organizing data from the member ( Data Management )

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course but Medical course is a PLUS (BS Pharmacy, Nursing, Physical / Occupational Therapy and the like ) - No experience required / Fresh graduates
• Basic English communication skills
• Typing skills is a Must-have
• Amenable to work on full-time onsite ( Ortigas,Pasig )
