Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • assist in resolving administrative concerns
  • Perform data entry and scan documents 
  • Process Business Licenses and other LGU permits application and renewal 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of facilities to ensure a safe, clean and well maintained environment 
  • Work closely with housekeeping and guards and support the implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Process the new hired company credentials and access
  • Perform and assist on ad hoc task

Qualifications.

  • Exceptional customer services skills, over the phone and in person
  • Knowledge of office management and system and procedures 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, in Particular)
