  • Collect, analyze, and present data in various formats to support various department within the organization
  • Preparing reports based on the analysis, highlighting key findings and insights
  • Create reports, dashboards, and manage data visualizations to present complex information clearly
  • Work closely with different teams to understand reporting needs, develop customized reports, and provide insight that drive business decisions
  • Optimize existing reports for better performance and usability
  • Ensure data quality, data management and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in the development of data management policies and procedures
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by the management

Requirements Reports Specialist

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Reporting Specialist or similar role in a BPO industry
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in identifying patterns or trends by using software and tools
  • Attention to Detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and can work under pressure
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles
  • Willing to work onsite and can report in graveyard shift ( Ortigas, Pasig )
