Reports Specialist
About the job Reports Specialist
- Collect, analyze, and present data in various formats to support various department within the organization
- Preparing reports based on the analysis, highlighting key findings and insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and manage data visualizations to present complex information clearly
- Work closely with different teams to understand reporting needs, develop customized reports, and provide insight that drive business decisions
- Optimize existing reports for better performance and usability
- Ensure data quality, data management and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in the development of data management policies and procedures
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by the management
Requirements Reports Specialist
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Reporting Specialist or similar role in a BPO industry
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in identifying patterns or trends by using software and tools
- Attention to Detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision and can work under pressure
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles
- Willing to work onsite and can report in graveyard shift ( Ortigas, Pasig )
