Customer Service Representative ( Part - Time ) October 15

• General knowledge of Windows based applications
• Must have strong verbal communication skills
• Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Must be detail-oriented and accurate
• Ability to multi-task and perform various duties including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets

Qualifications

• Able to converse and communicate in English Language
• 0-1 years experience in BPO/CSR
• Able to work at nightshift / 1 day event ( Part-time )
• Able to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig )
