Records and Review Specialist

The Video Record & Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing exam videos from various schools with high regard to the exam integrity.

Job Duties:

• Checks and reviews exam records from students coming from different schools
• Reviews and follows the org policies & rules exceptions
• Flags violations which also includes accurate time stamps
• Prioritizes in reviewing prioritized schools based on the client list
• Corrects, edits and adds violations when necessary
• Delivers exams right after reviewing them
• Works and communicates effectively with various levels of management
• Ok with Shifting schedule (Specially on Night Shift)

Qualifications for Cebu:

• No BPO experience or 6 month to 1 year BPO experience
• Good Comms/Conversant
• Ok with Shifting schedule (Specially on Night Shift)
