As a SEM Program Specialist or Seller Support, you will play a crucial role in educating Marketplace sellers about our new Search Engine Marketing (SEM) service offering available on the Seller Center. This role is pivotal in increasing the adoption of the SEM UI tool among US and international marketplace sellers, empowering them to run successful ad campaigns and thereby driving revenue growth for both sellers and the client. Basic understanding of SEO and SEM is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Educate Sellers:
  • Engage with sellers to introduce and explain the SEM program.
  • Conduct training sessions to demonstrate the features and benefits of the SEM UI tool.
  • Develop and distribute educational materials to facilitate sellers' understanding and usage of the SEM tool.
  • Drive the adoption of the SEM UI tool among US and international marketplace sellers.
  • Identify and target sellers who would benefit most from SEM and proactively reach out to them.
  • Monitor and report on the adoption rates and effectiveness of SEM campaigns.
  • Actively engage with sellers facing challenges with their ad campaigns.
  • Provide effective solutions and support to troubleshoot any issues, ensuring a seamless experience with the Self-Serve Seller Center UI.
  • Schedule and conduct 1:1 session with sellers to address their specific needs and queries.
  • Manage seller communication through emails, addressing and resolving queries promptly.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure sellers are informed and supported throughout their SEM journey.
  • Work with the team to generate reports and conduct analysis on seller engagement and the overall growth of the SEM program.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve the SEM program and seller experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in seller support, customer service, or a related role.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
