About the job HR Employee Engagement
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of our team Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements
- Work closely with counterparts from other geographies
- Participate in organizational change effort by creating effective internal communications strategies
- Assist Employee Engagement Specialist in planning and executing company events as required
- Monitor financial budgets for engagement activities and other corporate events
- Take responsibility for own continuous professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 1-2 years SOLID experience in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, and other editing tools for phots and videos managing company events or activities.
- BPO industry is a PLUS
- Ability to maintain an insanely positive environment in the workplace
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and coordination skills
- Has an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverable
