Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of our team Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements
  • Work closely with counterparts from other geographies
  • Participate in organizational change effort by creating effective internal communications strategies
  • Assist Employee Engagement Specialist in planning and executing company events as required
  • Monitor financial budgets for engagement activities and other corporate events
  • Take responsibility for own continuous professional development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 1-2 years SOLID experience in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, and other editing tools for phots and videos managing company events or activities.
  • BPO industry is a PLUS 
  • Ability to maintain an insanely positive environment in the workplace
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Has an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverable
