About the job Supply Chain Coordinator
About the role:
- As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be part of a small but highly dynamic and motivated team. You will be responsible for managing orders and inbound shipments across EU & UK. We are looking for a team-player that could grow and gain more responsibilities across supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Order management and tracking across all retailer platforms
- Process and release orders in WMS systems
- Stock allocation across retailer platforms
- Order management and receipt in Netsuite
- Manage inbound shipments and shipping documents with Freight forwarder
- Data management for Sell In/Sell Thru/Stock (download data across platforms to feed into PowerBI)
- KPI management for retailer platforms
- Dispute incorrect invoice charges for Direct Import customers
Skills:
- Proficient user of Microsoft package: Excel, Outlook
- Netsuite experience (desired not essential)
- PowerBI experience (desired not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
