About the role:

  • As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be part of a small but highly dynamic and motivated team. You will be responsible for managing orders and inbound shipments across EU & UK. We are looking for a team-player that could grow and gain more responsibilities across supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Order management and tracking across all retailer platforms
  • Process and release orders in WMS systems
  • Stock allocation across retailer platforms
  • Order management and receipt in Netsuite
  • Manage inbound shipments and shipping documents with Freight forwarder
  • Data management for Sell In/Sell Thru/Stock (download data across platforms to feed into PowerBI)
  • KPI management for retailer platforms
  • Dispute incorrect invoice charges for Direct Import customers

Skills:

  • Proficient user of Microsoft package: Excel, Outlook
  • Netsuite experience (desired not essential)
  • PowerBI experience (desired not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
