Security Analyst Team Leader - Manila

Primary job function involves managing a team of Security and Compliance Analysts that are responsible of real time and extensive monitoring of all domestic, owned and operated testing centers across the US. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Duties

• Security and Compliance Lead reports to the Global Security Manager in US.
• Handling a minimum of 10-15 Security and Compliance analyst.
• Responsible for daily operations of his/her team including meeting preset goals designed to ensure timely and accurate monitoring and targets daily.
• Works and communicates effectively with all levels of management and maintains the confidentiality of all issues.
• Ensure Security and Compliance analysts are compliance with PSIs policies and procedures.
• Mentor/develop/motivate staff to improve their performance and process/product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience as a Team Leader role from BPO or IT-BPO.
• Familiarity with Security and Compliance of sites/test centers.
• Familiarity with Real Time Monitoring Tools
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications installation, operation and support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and other support positions.
• Ability to construct correspondence that is professional, concise and grammatically correct.
• Consistent team player with positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay well organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage personal travel schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
