- At least 6 months BPO experience handling international account
- Amenable to work 6 months contract
- Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Good comprehension skills
- Good documentation skills
- Flexible to work multiple shifts, including weekends.
- Amenable to work full-time onsite (Clark, Pampanga)
- Can handle multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Excellent attendance
- Experience with Gladly or other ticketing system like Zendesk, SAP, Shopify, MS Office preferred.
