Key responsibilities
- General knowledge of Windows based applications
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to multi-task and perform various duties including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Able to converse and communicate in English Language
- 0-1 years experience in BPO/CSR
- Able to work at nightshift
- Able to work onsite
