The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for executing activities that support the clients business development and sales pipeline growth. The specific responsibilities include:
- Cold Calling and Outreach
- Engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations with decision-makers based on identified business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification and Follow-Up
- Evaluate and qualify leads to determine their fit with the clients offerings.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Data Management and Research
- Conduct research to identify potential customer segments and gather relevant information for targeting.
- Ensure customer databases are accurate and updated through data mining and cleansing.
- Utilization of Tools and Platforms
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn and other CRM platforms for lead generation and engagement.
- Adapt to new tools and technologies introduced for improving lead generation processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other CRM platforms for networking and lead generation.
Skillset:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage prospects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Ability to articulate a value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Strong research and data organization skills to maintain accurate and updated customer information.
