MS Dynamics CRM Developer (Technical)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with MS Dynamics.
• Must have completed at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in the Banking industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Strong understanding of CRM processes within the Banking industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
