MS Dynamics ERP HR (Techno-Functional)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with MS Dynamics.
• Must have completed at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in the banking industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a techno-functional expert for MS Dynamics ERP HR modules.
• Lead the implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Customize and configure the MS Dynamics ERP HR system to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align the solution with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
• Strong understanding of HR processes within the banking industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
