Referral Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in Data Edge’s Referral Program ("we," "our," or "us"). By recommending a candidate for a position at Data Edge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility to Participate

• Referrals can only be submitted by individuals who are not directly involved in the recruitment or hiring process for the referred candidate.
• Employees of Data Edge and external parties (e.g., customers, partners, or vendors) are eligible to participate, unless otherwise stated.
• Self-referrals or referrals from immediate family members are not eligible for consideration.

2. Referral Submission Requirements

• All referrals must be submitted through the official referral channel as outlined on our website or provided by Data Edge.
• You must provide accurate and complete information about the candidate, including their name, contact details, and relevant qualifications.
• By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the candidate’s consent to share their personal data with Data Edge.

3. Consent and Privacy

• The referred candidate’s personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You agree not to share confidential or sensitive information about the candidate without their explicit consent.
• You acknowledge that Data Edge may contact the referred candidate as part of the recruitment process.

4. Eligibility for Referral Rewards

• Referral rewards, if offered, are subject to the following conditions:
  • The referred candidate must be successfully hired by Data Edge or its customers within 3 months of the referral submission.
  • The referred candidate must remain employed with Data Edge for a minimum of 3 months.
  • The referral reward amount and structure will be communicated separately.
• Referral rewards are not applicable for candidates who are already in our database, have applied independently, or have been referred previously by another individual.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

• Submission of a referral does not guarantee employment for the referred candidate. Data Edge reserves the right to evaluate and select candidates based on our recruitment policies.

6. Confidentiality

• As a referrer, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all communications and information exchanged during the referral and recruitment process.
• You will not disclose or share any proprietary or sensitive information about Data Edge or the recruitment process with unauthorized parties.

7. Compliance with Laws

• By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
• You confirm that the referral does not violate any agreements or policies applicable to you, such as non-compete or confidentiality agreements.

8. Changes to the Referral Program

• Data Edge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated on our website or through other official channels.
