Business Analyst (with German)
B2B Contract | Fully Remote

We are seeking a professional who can combine the responsibilities of a Product Owner and Business Analyst to lead the development of an Agentic AI automation solution. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and comfortable working across technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, and document business needs and translate them into a clear vision for an Agentic AI-based solution
• Define the future-state concept and contribute to shaping the overall product roadmap
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities using agile methodologies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Prioritize features and guide delivery sequencing in alignment with program-level objectives
• Work closely with AI developers, subject-matter experts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions fit business strategy and architectural standards
• Review and assess proposed implementations to confirm they satisfy functional and non-functional requirements
• Create test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing activities
• Evaluate use cases for feasibility, scalability, and potential reuse across the organization.
