Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Support Agile teams in applying Scrum principles and best practices.

Assist the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and management.

Coordinate sprint planning activities and support teams in defining sprint goals and commitments.

Monitor sprint progress, identify potential blockers, and help resolve impediments.

Promote collaboration and effective communication between team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

Track project progress and support the timely delivery of project objectives.

Encourage continuous improvement and help optimize team workflows.

Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and challenges within IT projects.

Ensure transparency regarding team progress, priorities, and delivery expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project delivery role.

Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Experience with backlog management, refinement, and prioritization.

Hands-on experience facilitating sprint planning and other Scrum ceremonies.

Experience working on IT projects with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and support teams in a dynamic environment.

Fluency in French is mandatory.

Good command of English is an advantage.

Scrum Master certification (PSM or CSM) is a plus.
