Senior Oracle DBA

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Oracle DBA with strong enterprise experience across Oracle, Exadata, PostgreSQL, AWS, Azure, SQL and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Oracle Database environments.
• Administer and support Oracle Exadata platforms.
• Perform database monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Manage Oracle Database backup & recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
• Support database environments hosted in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Perform database migrations and deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Manage database upgrades, patching, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot complex database incidents and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Application, and Security teams.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of database environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Strong Senior-level experience with Oracle Database in enterprise environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Database installation and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata – mandatory.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL – mandatory.
• Experience working with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Solid knowledge of database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup & recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Good knowledge of Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.

Work Model:

• 2–3 days per week from the office
