Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support process optimization, business process modeling (BPM), and Agile-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model (on-site & remote), collaborating with stakeholders to enhance GIS solutions and streamline business operations.

Project Details

• Location: Brussels (Hybrid a mix of on-site & remote work weekly)
• Start Date: 3rd March 2025
• Experience Level: Minimum 5 years
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to define requirements and improve GIS-related workflows.
• Optimize business processes using BPM methodologies.
• Work within an Agile environment, ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams.
• Perform testing and validation of GIS solutions and system enhancements.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align business needs with GIS capabilities.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in:

  • Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
  • Process Optimization
  • Business Process Modeling (BPM)
  • Agile methodologies
  • Testing & validation
• Fluency in Dutch & English (spoken & written).
