Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong data background to support data-driven projects in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to bridge the gap between IT and business teams, ensuring data solutions align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize data-related needs

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories

• Analyze large datasets and ensure data integrity across systems

• Support data modeling, ETL processes, and database design

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports

• Act as a liaison between data engineers, developers, and business users

• Assist with project tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in a Technical Business Analyst role

• Strong experience working in data-intensive environments

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with data modeling and ETL processes

• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or Snowflake

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Exposure to programming (Python, R) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, international team environment
