Role Overview

We are seeking an ERP Solution Architect with expertise in SAP and Oracle ERP systems to join an international organization in Geneva, Switzerland. This 10-month full-time engagement requires a highly experienced specialist to design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The role requires active certifications and a hybrid work model (onsite preferred, 50-50 remote may be considered).

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Architecture & Implementation:
  • Design and implement ERP solutions using SAP and Oracle that align with business requirements.
  • Define and maintain the overall ERP architecture, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Alignment:
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the Enterprise Architecture of Financial Systems.
• Technical Leadership & Support:
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct system audits and performance assessments to optimize functionality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ERP solutions.
• Training & Mentorship:
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active SAP and/or Oracle ERP certification (mandatory).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation & architecture, with expertise in both Oracle & SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems, including their modules and functionalities.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
