Lead Integration Architect

We are looking for an experienced Lead Integration Architect to define and drive the integration architecture strategy across SAP SuccessFactors and a broad landscape of SAP and non-SAP applications.

The role will provide architectural leadership across SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), while contributing to the evolution of the enterprise integration, data, and AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the enterprise integration strategy connecting SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Provide architectural leadership and governance for SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Design scalable and future-proof data models to support global rollouts and evolving business requirements.
• Contribute to the overall Data Hub and integration architecture strategy.
• Evaluate and advise on middleware and integration technologies, including BTP, MDI, Data Lakes, and related platforms.
• Support AI-related initiatives, including the technical enablement and integration of SAP Joule.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance, technical direction, and best practices for complex integration scenarios and enterprise data flows.
• Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, scalability requirements, and integration governance standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust and sustainable architecture solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect, Integration Architect, or Integration Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Proven experience defining enterprise integration strategies and middleware architectures.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, and integration governance.
• Experience working within complex, large-scale global transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide both strategic architectural direction and hands-on technical guidance.
