Customer Satisfaction & Product Management Support (with French)
Hybrid: 2–3 days/week (in Bucharest)
Contract Type: B2B
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Satisfaction & Product Management Support. In this role, you will support product management initiatives and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback, creating reports, and maintaining smooth communication with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, feedback, and product performance.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with product managers to support Agile product development processes.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on customer needs and product improvements.

Act as a point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Assist in the preparation and follow-up of action plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level or above) – both written and spoken.
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer support, product management support or similar roles is a plus.
