Hybrid: 2–3 days/week (in Bucharest)
Contract Type: B2B

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Satisfaction & Product Management Support. In this role, you will support product management initiatives and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback, creating reports, and maintaining smooth communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, feedback, and product performance.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with product managers to support Agile product development processes.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on customer needs and product improvements.

  • Act as a point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of action plans to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English (C1 level or above) – both written and spoken.
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in customer support, product management support or similar roles is a plus.
