Power Automate Consultant

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, including the design and implementation of cloud flows, scheduled workflows, instant flows, approval processes, and enterprise automation solutions.
• Strong experience working across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power BI.
• Practical knowledge of AI Builder capabilities, including intelligent document processing, form extraction, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), predictive models, classification models, and their integration within automated workflows.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Azure services supporting application integration, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Power Platform solutions with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Outlook
  • Excel
  • Dynamics 365
  • Dataverse
  • SQL Server
  • RESTful APIs and external third-party systems
• Strong understanding of Dataverse security architecture, including security roles, business units, team-based access, role-based permissions, and field-level security controls.
• Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining custom connectors for enterprise integrations.
• Good understanding of API technologies and integration concepts, including JSON, OData, REST services, HTTP protocols, authentication mechanisms, and API security practices.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), including application registrations, OAuth authentication, service principals, and managed identities.
• Experience implementing Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including solution management, environment variables, connection references, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills across Power Platform components, integrations, connectors, data sources, and Azure services.
• Ability to gather, analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, technical documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
